How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 8 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn off.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

NOTE: If the earbuds don’t turn on automatically, then press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on.

When a blue and white light starts flashing on the right earbud, it means that they are now ready to pair with any device.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Search for a new device.

Step 6: Select the Enacfire E90 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

How To Control These Earbuds? – Stereo Mode

NOTE: The multifunction touch button is placed on the top part of the stem of the earbuds.

  • Play or pause a song: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds one time.
  • Play the next song: While listening to music, press the multifunction touch button on the right earbud two times.
  • Play the previous song: While listening to music, press the multifunction touch button on the left earbud to times.
  • Turn the volume up: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on the right earbud.
  • Turn the volume down: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on the left earbud
  • Answer an incoming call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds one time.
  • End a current call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds one time.
  • Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.
  • Activate the voice assistant: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds 3 times.
  • Activate the gaming mode: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds 4 times. The “Game mode” voice prompt will sound when turned on and the “Game off” voice prompt when turned off.

How To Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

  • A blue and white light flashing on the right earbud: The earbuds are now ready to pair with any device.
  • A light flashing while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.

Charging Case

  • The leftmost light on with the earbuds inside: The left earbud is charging.
  • The leftmost light turns off with the earbuds inside: The left earbud is fully charged.
  • The rightmost light on with the earbuds inside: The right earbud is charging.
  • The rightmost light turns off with the earbuds inside: The right earbud is fully charged.

How To Reset And Re-Pair These Earbuds?

NOTE: To ensure a good result, make sure that the earbuds are fully charged.

Step 1: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 2: Delete the Enacfire E90 earbuds from the devices’ Bluetooth list.

Step 3: Turn off Bluetooth on the device.

Step 4: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 5: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 8 seconds, until a light starts flashing. This will reset the earbuds.

Step 6: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Step 7: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 8: Search for a new device.

Step 9: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Sadly, these earbuds don’t come with a specialized app or app support.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.

  3. I’ve not used my Encafire EarPods for a while as I couldn’t get the hang of them but I’ve decided to give them another try. I was having difficulty in connecting them to my phone so decided to do a factory reset. I held the ‘button’ on the ear pod and the blue light flashed followed by a white light. Now I can’t get them to turn on. I’ve tried holding the sensor for 2, 4 ,8 and 10 seconds both in and out the the charging case. I’ve turned off blue tooth and turned on again and it’s still not discovering the EarPods. I’m at a complete loss. Help please.

  4. My Enacfire E90 case has stopped recognising my earbuds. I get no lights, no matter what I do with the case EXCEPT when I plug it into the wall. The lights tell me the case is fully charged, but the case will not charge the buds unless it’s plugged into the wall.
    I’ve tried unpairing and doing as many resets as I can find on the buds, but I think it’s the case. I’ve cleaned all the contacts (weren’t dirty), but still nothing.
    Any ideas?

    1. Same happened to me soon after arriving in Portugal, from USA. Case no longer lights up when either earpod is put back in case. Case has been kept in great condition with no abuse. DANG! I loved the “enhanced bass”!!!

    2. I had the same problem, but thourougly cleaning all contacts (both in the case and the buds themselves) resolved the issue (thanks to my husband 🙂 )
      Case lights behave again as they used to…

  5. My E90 was stuck in single mode for weeks. My reset method was slightly different from the manual. The charging case wasn’t needed.. My LG K51 doesn’t do delete from Bluetooth list.

    Press right earphone to power off
    Touch & hold BOTH earphones TOGETHER for 10 sec to the 3rd white flash.
    Let go.
    Turn on Bluetooth.
    My cell automatically Re-Paired the device

    1. This is the one that worked for me. Both my GF & I often sleep with them and therefore the program may at times (sandman?) may be tweaked. Wish these had a lock program mode. Her buds entered single mode. All the other above methods did not seem to work after repeated attempts. And how does my fat finger fit when in the case, or see flashing blue lights? So an out-of-case solution is great.

      At this price point great sound and value for the 90’s. Hope ENACFIRE reads this because they seem to improve the functionally and accessibility going forward.

  6. My EnacFire E90 were stuck in single mode I contacted the company and they gave me this procedure which worked!
    I hope this help someone else.
    I held my finger on each earphone for 8secondes until I saw the third white blink.

    Please follow the tips as below:
    (1).Delete all ‘ENACFIRE E90’ related Bluetooth name from your phone’s Bluetooth list.
    (2).Turn off Bluetooth to disconnect the earphones.
    (3).Touch either one earphone for 8 seconds to power off both earphones.
    (4).Touch and hold the power button of Left earphone for 8 seconds with Blue and White lights flash3 times.
    (5).Touch and hold the power button of Right earphone for 8 seconds with Blue and White lights flash3 times.
    (6). Put the earphones back to the charging case.
    (7). Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect the earphones.
