Fiil T1X Manual | Get the Earbuds Started

Step 1: Put earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

Step 2: Connect a USB cable to the charging case. Charge for 10 min if the charging case’s LED does not light on.

Step 3: Open the charging case so the earbuds will automatically get paired to each other and enter pairing mode without any manual operation.

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Get the earbuds started as said in the above section.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select the “Fiil T1 X”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 5: After that, the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Get the earbuds started as said in the above section.

Step 2: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 3: Go to the settings.

Step 4: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 5: Click on “Add device”.

Step 6: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 7: The earbuds by the name “Fiil T1 X” will appear on the settings.

Step 8: Select. After that, the pairing will be done.

Automatically

Turn on: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will turn on automatically.

Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will turn off automatically.

Manually

Turn off: 

Press the touch panel on both earbuds until a red light turns on both earbuds. After that, the earbuds will turn off.

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is plug a 5V USB Type-C cable into the port on the charging case. It will start charging automatically.

• Play or pause music: Click the touch panel on the right earbud twice.
• Play the next song: Click the touch panel on the right earbud once.
• Play the previous song: Click the touch panel on the right earbud three times.
• Turn the volume up: Click the touch panel on the left earbud once.
• Turn the volume down: Click the touch panel on the left earbud three times.
• Answer an incoming call: Click the touch panel on the right earbud twice.
• End a call: Click the touch panel on the right earbud twice.
• Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch panel on the right earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate the Voice Assistant: Press and hold the touch panel on the right earbud for 2 seconds

Earbuds

• Red lights flashing when pairing: Pairing mode.
• Red light when turned off: Earbuds on.
• Purple light: Reset completed.
• Red light flashing: Low battery.

Charging case

• Red light on (left or right): The corresponding earbud is being charged.
• Red light off (left or right): The corresponding earbud is fully charged.
• Both red lights on: Case charging.
• Both red lights off: Case fully charged.

Step 1: Take the earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Press the touch panel on both earbuds until a purple light turns on.

Step 3: After that, the resetting will be done.

A Guide To Fiil T1X APP

The Fiil T1X can be used with an application, called fiil+. This application is available for iOS and Android devices. 

• First page: In this first page, we will find with the home page. Here, there will be the possibility of logging into the application through different social networks.
• Second page: On the second page, we are going to get the percentage of the battery of the earbuds that are connected.
• Third page: On the third page, we will have the possibility to configure the equalizer.
• Fourth page: On the fourth page, there is a special function, and it is about choosing between different sound effects available for the sound provided by the earbuds.
• Fifth page: On the fifth page, there is a special feature, and it is about being able to place a 3D effect on the songs that are heard.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

Microphone not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

Fiil T1X earbuds not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.
