How to Pair The Earbuds?

To Android or iOS devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press and hold the function button on the back of the case for about 2 seconds, until a white light starts flashing. This means that the earbuds are now in pairing mode.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Select the FreeBuds 2 Pro earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

The Earbuds’ Speech Recognition

When taking calls

Accept/reject: When a phone call comes in, you can say “Accept call” or “Reject call”, and the call will be processed accordingly.

When listening to music

Play/resume: In Standby mode, you can say “Play Music” or “Stop music”, and the music will play or pause accordingly.

Play/pause/volume: When playing music, you can say “Previous song” or “Next song”, and the music player will change tracks accordingly. You can also say “Volume louder” or “Volume softer”, and the music volume will adjust accordingly.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Charging case

  • A white light flashing: The earbuds are now in pairing mode.
  • A green light while charging: The case has between 80% and 100% of battery.
  • An orange light while charging: The case has between 20% and 80% of battery.
  • A red light while charging: The case has between 0% and 20% of battery.
  • A red light flashing: The earbuds are resetting.

How to Factory Reset The Earbuds?

Step 1: Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press and hold the function button on the back of the case for a couple of seconds, until a red light starts flashing. The earbuds will now be restored to their factory settings.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range
