How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for a couple of seconds. After that, a red light will be on, and the earbuds will turn off.

How To Pair The Earbuds? – Mono Mode

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbud out. After that, it will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on the earbud for a couple of seconds, until a red and blue light starts flashing alternately. This means that the earbud is now ready to pair with any device.

Step 3: Unlock the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 6: Search for a new device.

Step 7: Select the I7 TWS earbud. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the “Connected” voice prompt will sound on the earbud, the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbud out. After that, it will turn on automatically.

How To Control These Earbuds? – Stereo Mode

NOTE: The multifunction touch button is placed on the top outside part of the stem of the earbuds.

  • Play or pause a song: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds one time.
  • Answer an incoming call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds one time.
  • End a current call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds one time.
  • Reject an incoming call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds two times.
  • Redial the last phone number: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds two times.

How To Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically.

To ensure a good result, make sure that the earbuds are fully charged.

Step 1: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 2: Delete the I7 TWS earbuds from the devices’ Bluetooth list.

Step 3: Turn off Bluetooth on the device.

Step 4: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will turn off.

Step 5: Press and hold the button on the charging case for about 10 seconds. The earbuds will restart automatically after clearing the pairing records.

The Earbuds Voice Prompts

  • Ready to pair: The earbuds are ready to pair with any device.
  • Connected: The earbuds are now connected to the device.
  • English mode: The earbuds’ language is now English.
  • Chinese mode: The earbuds’ language is now Chinese.

How To Switch The Language?

To switch the language of the earbud prompts from Chinese to English, all you have to do is the following:

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for a couple of seconds. A voice prompt should sound, indicating the Chinese or English mode.

If that process doesn’t work, try the following steps:

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds 5 times (as fast as you can). This will change the language, and you will be able to hear either “English” or “Chinese”.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

    1. This could be a signal inference. Do this happens all the time? If so, there could be several issues:
      1. Any app using the microphone in the background (on Android OS)
      2. The microphone of the i7 might be faulty. Try using them as mono, and check which one is causing the issue. If any of the microphones is faulty go for a refund or replace it.
      3. Try the earbuds on another phone.

    1. No, I don’t think it’s a normal situation. The sound quality of i7 TWS isn’t that good as the original Airpods or even some good Chinese TWS earphones (Mpow, QCY T5 etc.) but not that bad as one would call muffled.
      Try playing high-quality music which doesn’t have that much bass in it. If the muffled sound still exists, you might want to return the earphones back.

  13. I am not sure if this a manufacturing flaw or what, my left right channels switched. When Iput them in charging post down, I can hear “charging” then “leftside” in the right earbud, “right side” in the left one. I can switch the channel so right is right, and left is left. Otherwise I have to wear them upside down the opposite ear.

    1. For most i7 earphones, this is the method:
      Step 1: Turn on i7s TWS earbuds
      Step 2: Pairing the two i7s TWS earbuds
      Step 3: When the led flash in red and blue alternately, long-press the button on one side of earphones to switch mode from Chinese to English ( reminding voice “ English mode” )

      If this doesn’t work, try (for other i7 models)

      Pressing any earphone 5 times (as fast as you can) it says “English” then 5 times again it says “Chinese”… pressing it 5 times makes the language change.

      In simple words:
      1. Just turn the Bluetooth off on your phone
      2. turn them off
      3. turn them on
      4. START TO PRESS ON THE LEFT ONE AS FAST AS YOU CAN LOT OF TIMES UNTIL IT SAYS ‘English’

  14. I can get one earphone to connect but not both? Both flash red/blue as mentioned in instruction but phone can only see one “TWS”
    What am I doing wrong?

    1. Well, I think that another one might have a connectivity issue. You can return them back. However, before that, have you tried this method.
      Pick the earphone which works from the charging case, connect it to your device. Now pick the earphone which isn’t connecting. Both earphones should have been connected now.
      This didn’t happen to with i7 TWS but another TWS earphones known as QCY T5. The left earbud was blinking but not pairing so I did this trick and it worked like a charm. I hope it works on this one as well.

    1. The manufacturer says it’s around 3 hours. However, it depends on the volume of the earphones and how frequently you use them. With around 70% volume you can get around 200 minutes (3 hours and 20 minutes).

      With the case, you can charge them 4 times, until the case battery goes down. It takes 50 minutes for the case to charge to 100%.
