The Jabra Elite 85t can be used with an application, called Jabra Sound+. This application is available for iOS and Android devices.

  • First page: On the first page of this application, we will find the battery percentages of both earbuds and the charging case, as well as the HearThrough sound mode and the equalizer.

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.
