Monolith M-TWE Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, a white light will start flashing quickly, and they will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds two times.

Step 3: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds. After that, a white and red light will start flashing quickly.

Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 6: Select “MP41500”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 7: After that, a white light will start flashing slowly, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 1: Delete all pairing records of the “MP41500” from the connected device.

Step 2: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, they will turn on automatically.

Step 3: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds two times.

Step 4: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.

Step 5: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for a couple of seconds, until a red light on the earbuds flashes three times.

Step 6: Place the earphones back in the charging case and leave them there for at least 10 seconds. After that, the resetting will be done.

Earbuds

  • A white light flashing quickly: The earbuds are on.
  • A white and red light will start flashing quickly: The earbuds are now in pairing mode.
  • A white light flashing slowly: The earbuds are connected to the desired device.
  • Two red lights flashing while on the charging case: The earbuds have between 0% and 49% of battery.
  • A red light flashing slowly while on the charging case: The earbuds have between 50% and 99% of battery.
  • All lights are off while on the charging case: The earbuds are fully charged.
  • A red light flashing three times: The earbuds are resetting.

  • All lights on while charging: The case is fully charged.
  • One light on while charging: The case has between 50% and 99% of the battery.
  • Two lights on while charging: The case has between 25% and 50% of the battery.

A Guide To Monolith M-TWE APP

The Monolith M-TWE can be used with an application, called SoundID. This application is available in the Apple Store and in the Play Store for iOS and Android devices.

  • Step one: This is the introductory page of the application, where all the information you should know about it and all the features it provides to users will appear.
  • Step two: You will need to log in with your Facebook profile, Google, or with your email in Email, to be able to save the information you put in the app.
  • Step three: Once you have entered the application and logged in, the account configuration and customization process will begin. First of all, you will have to connect to the earbuds with the app, place their name, and accept them.
  • Step four: Next comes a “Preference Test,” where the app will ask questions about sound to find the best technology for you.
  • Step five: After that comes one of the most important parts, the “Hearing Test”, which will help establish the technology and make sure the earbuds are working properly.
  • Step six: Finally, with the settings made, you can use the earbuds freely and whenever you want.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.
