Earbuds To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case. The earbuds will start charging automatically. Charging Case To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically. What Do The Lights Mean? Charging Case A white light on with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are charging. Said white light turns off with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are fully charged. An orange light on while charging: The case is charging. Said orange light turns off while charging: The case is fully charged How to Reset And Re-Pair The Earbuds? Step 1: Delete all pairing information about the Moondrop Space Travel earbuds on the device. Step 2: With the earbuds out of the case, press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 8 seconds. The earbuds will clean the pairing information and restore the factory settings. Step 3: Search for a new device. Step 4: Select the Moondrop Space Travel earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”. After that, the “Connected” voice prompt will sound, and the pairing will be done. How To Wear These Earbuds? Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds. Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears. Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears. Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth. How To Turn On And Off? Turn On Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on automatically. Over-distance Disconnection The earbuds will automatically disconnect from the device if they are beyond the effective working distance. You will hear the “Disconnect” voice prompt. Manually disconnection Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. The earbuds will disconnect from the connected device. Also, manually turn off the Bluetooth on the device. How To Control These Earbuds? NOTE: The touch sensor is placed on the upper part of the body of the earbuds. Play and pause a song: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds one time. Play the next song: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud two times. Play the previous song: Press the touch sensor on the left earbud two times. Answer an incoming call: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds one time. End a current call: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds one time. Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 1.5 seconds. Activate the voice assistant: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds three times. Place the current call on hold and answer a second call: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds one time. Switch between two calls: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times. Change between the ANC and Transparency mode: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 1 second (ANC>Regular mode>Transparency mode). Activate the Low Latency mode: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds four times. The Earbuds’ Voice Prompts Power on: The earbuds turn on. Power off: The earbuds turn off. The microphone is not working If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned.
