Moondrop Sparks Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. After that, the primary bud will flash red and white lights alternately.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select the “Moondrop Sparks”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.  After that, the primary bud will flash red and white lights alternately.

Step 7: The earbuds by the name “Moondrop Sparks” will appear on the settings.

Step 8: Select and, after this, the earbuds will automatically connect to the desired device and will be ready to use. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 1: Connect the earbuds to the desired device.

Step 2: To use only one earbud, all you have to do is to place the other one in its place on the charging case.

Moondrop Sparks Manual | How to Charge?

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place the earbuds into their place on the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically start charging.

Charging case

Step 1: Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

Step 2: Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a USB Type-C charging cable.

Earbuds

• Red light flashes slowly: The battery is low.
• Red light on while charging: The earbuds are charging.
• Red light off while charging: The earbuds are fully charged.

Charging case

• One light flashes: The battery is below 3%.
• One light turns on: The battery is below 66%.
• Two lights are on: The battery is below 100%.
• Three lights are on: The battery is fully charged.

Step 1: If the device has the NFC function, enable it.

Step 2: Attach said device to the back of the charging case.

Step 3: Take the earbuds from the charging case to connect.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

• Play or pause music: Double-tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Play next song: Triple-tap the touch panel on the right earbud.
• Play previous song: Triple-tap the touch panel on the left earbud.
• Pause playback: Double-tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Accept an incoming call: Double-tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• End a call: Double-tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Reject an incoming call: Long press the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
• Cancel dialing on calling: Double-tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Long press the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds (if no music playing or phone conversion).

If you want or need to reset the Moondrop Sparks, all you have to do is to press the touch panel on both earbuds for aprox. 3 seconds.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

Microphone not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

Moondrop Sparks earbuds not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.
