Mpow Flame Pro Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Method 1

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. After that, a LED light on the right earbud will flash blue twice quickly.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select the “Mpow Flame Pro”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Method 2

Step 1: Turn the earbuds on by pressing the multifunction button on both earbuds for 2 seconds.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction button on the right earbud for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode. After this, a LED light on this bud will flash blue twice quickly every second.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 5: Select the “Mpow Flame Pro”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.  After that, a LED light on the right earbud will flash blue twice quickly.

Step 7: The earbuds by the name “Mpow Flame Pro” will appear on the settings.

Mpow Flame Pro Manual | How to Charge?

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place the earbuds into their place on the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically start charging.

Charging case

Step 1: Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

Step 2: Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a USB Type-C charging cable.

Charging case

  • One light on: 0 to 25% of battery.
  • Two lights on: 25 to 50% of battery.
  • Three lights on: 50 to 75% of battery.
  • All lights on: 75 to 100% of battery.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

  • Play or pause music: Click the multifunction button on any of the earbuds once.
  • Play next song: Press and hold the volume up button on any of the earbuds for 1 second.
  • Play previous song: Press and hold the volume down button on any of the earbuds for 1 second.
  • Volume up: Click the volume up button on any of the earbuds once.
  • Volume down: Click the volume down button on any of the earbuds once.
  • Accept an incoming call: Click the multifunction button on any of the earbuds once.
  • End a call: Click the multifunction button on any of the earbuds once.
  • Reject an incoming call: Long press the multifunction button on any of the earbuds for 1 second.
  • Activate Voice Assistant: Double-click the multifunction button on the right earbud (if no music playing or phone conversion).

Mpow Flame Pro Manual | How to Reset?

Step 1: Turn off the earbuds by pressing the multifunction button on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Step 2: Disconnect the “Mpow Flame Pro” on the mobile device.

Step 3: Double-click the buttons for volume up on both earbuds.

Step 4: Long press the buttons for volume up on both earbuds for 5 seconds. After this, a LED light will flash blue 4 times every second.

Step 5: After that, the reset will be completed.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

Microphone not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.
