How to Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Unlock the desired device.

Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Open the MyKronoz App on the mobile device. Sign up if you are a new member or log in with an existing account.

Step 4: Pair the earbuds with the app.

Step 5: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 6: Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 7: Select the “ZeBuds Pro” earbuds. After that, a white light in any of the earbuds will be on for one second, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Unlock the desired device.

Step 2: Open the MyKronoz App on the mobile device. Sign up if you are a new member or log in with an existing account.

Step 3: Pair the earbuds with the app.

Step 4: Go to the Settings.

Step 5: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 6: Turn on Bluetooth on the device.

Step 7: Click on “Add device”.

Step 8: Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 9: Select the “ZeBuds Pro” earbuds. After that, a white light in any of the earbuds will be on for one second, and the pairing will be done.

How to Wear?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How to Turn On and Off?

Turn on: Open the lid of the charging case and take both earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

  • Play or pause music: Press the multifunction touch button on the left earbud two times.
  • Play the next song: Press the multifunction touch button on the right earbud two times.
  • Answer an incoming call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds two times.
  • End a current call: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds two times.
  • Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 3 seconds.
  • Activate the voice assistant: Press the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds three times.

How to Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

How to Charge The Earbuds?

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is to connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with the included USB-A to C cable. It will start charging automatically. Also, it can get charged using a wireless charger.

How to Reset The Earbuds?

If you’re experiencing issues with the earbuds such as audio dropouts, unstable connectivity, or sound distortion, we recommend you try resetting them.

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Press the multifunction touch button on both earbuds two times, and then press and hold for 3 seconds. A light will be on for 2 seconds. This step will clear the pairing information from the earbuds.

Step 3: Press the multifunction touch button on both earbuds one time and then press and hold for 1 second. A light will be on for 2 seconds. This step will clear the pairing information between the earbuds and the connected device.

Step 4: Press the multifunction touch button on both earbuds two times, and a white light will start flashing slowly meaning that they are now in pairing mode.

After that, the process will be done.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

  • A white light on for one second: The earbuds are now connected to the device.
  • A light on for 2 seconds: The earbuds are resetting.

Charging case

  • Three lights on: The case has between 75% and 100% of battery.
  • Two lights on: The case has between 25% and 75% of battery.
  • One light on: The case has less than 25% of battery.
  • All lights off: The case has no battery.
  • One light on the front while charging: The case is charging.
  • Said light flashes slowly for 15 seconds and turns off while charging: The case is fully charged.
  • Three lights on with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have between 75% and 100% of battery.
  • Two lights on with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have between 25% and 75% of battery.
  • One light on with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have less than 25% of battery.
  • All lights off with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have no battery.

A Guide To The MyKronoz ZeBuds Pro App

The MyKronoz ZeBuds Pro earbuds can be used alongside a specialized app, called MyKronoz App, which is found in the Play Store and App Store.

After opening the app, a main page will appear, where you can see the battery percentage of the earbuds, as well as be able to control the way in which they emit sound thanks to the equalizer. It also has settings where you can see the devices connected to the earbuds, firmware updates, and more.

How to Update The Earbuds’ Firmware?

For Android Users

If an update is available, you will see an orange button next to the “ZeBuds Pro” earbuds under the “Paired Devices” settings section, or a big red banner on the main screen of the app. All you have to do is to click on the update button or banner and follow the instructions on the screen.

The update will take a few minutes and will update one earbud at a time. Once the update has been successfully installed, the app itself will prompt you to pair the earbuds one more time.

For iOS Users

If you have never updated the earbuds before, you will have to download the ZeBuds MAC Tool on your Mac. Follow the instructions on the software to update the earbuds to the latest firmware.

Once updated, disconnect/forget the earbuds from your Mac. Then, connect the earbuds via the Bluetooth settings of your iPhone. Once connected, go back to the MyKronoz App and you will see that the earbuds are paired.

After this, you will no longer need the ZeBuds MAC Tool and will be able to do all future updates directly via the app.

NOTE: If you don’t want to or can’t download the ZeBuds MAC Tool, you can borrow an Android smartphone to update the earbuds for the first time, then switch back to the iPhone.

For all future updates, you will simply have to connect the earbuds via the Bluetooth settings f the device. For this, go to the device’s Bluetooth settings, and select the “ZeBuds Pro” earbuds.

Once connected, go back to the MyKronoz App and click on the update button (if an update is available), and follow the instruction on the screen.

The update will take a few minutes and will update one earbud at a time. Once the update is successful, the MyKronoz App will prompt you to pair the earbuds one more time.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.
