How to Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take both earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

If you can’t find the earbuds, then press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for a couple of seconds. They will enter pairing mode.

Step 5: Select the “NURATRUE PRO XXX” earbuds (XXX is the NURATRUE PRO unique pairing number). If a password is needed, write “0000”. After that, the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take both earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Settings.

Step 4: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth on the device.

Step 6: Click on “Add device”.

If you can’t find the earbuds, then press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for a couple of seconds. They will enter pairing mode.

Step 7: Select the “NURATRUE PRO XXX” earbuds (XXX is the NURATRUE PRO unique pairing number). If a password is needed, write “0000”. After that, the pairing will be done.

Multipoint Connection Of The Earbuds

These earbuds can be connected to two devices simultaneously. To connect to a second device, do the following steps:

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take both earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for a couple of seconds. They will enter pairing mode. Or disconnect the earbuds from the first device.

Step 3: Select the “NURATRUE PRO XXX” earbuds on the second device (XXX is the NURATRUE PRO unique pairing number). If a password is needed, write “0000”. You will hear “Bluetooth connected”.

Step 4: Reconnect the earbuds to the first device by selecting “NURATRUE PRO XXX” in the Bluetooth settings. You will hear “Multipoint connected”.

Swapping Between Two Bluetooth Devices

After entering pairing mode, the earbuds will be in discoverable mode for two minutes, where they could be paired and switched to another device.

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take both earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

If you can’t find the earbuds, then press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for a couple of seconds. They will enter pairing mode.

Step 4: Select the “NURATRUE PRO XXX” earbuds (XXX is the NURATRUE PRO unique pairing number). If a password is needed, write “0000”.

A voice prompt will announce “Bluetooth device changed”.

How to Wear?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How to Turn On and Off?

Turn on: Open the lid of the charging case and take both earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

These earbuds come with a multifunction touch button on each side, that can be touched to perform useful functions. These functions are customizable on the Nura app, by pressing one time, two times, three times, or pressing and holding.

Step 1: Open the Nura app with the earbuds connected via Bluetooth to the device.

Step 2: Tap on the Menu icon at the top left.

Step 3: Tap on Device settings > Configure Touch Buttons.

Step 4: Choose the Tap controls you wish to adjust.

  • Play or pause a song.
  • Answer an incoming call.
  • End a current call.
  • Play the next track.
  • Play the previous track.
  • ANC and Social Mode (Transparency).
  • Pause Social Mode (Transparency).
  • Immersion Mode.
  • Turn the volume up.
  • Turn the volume down.
  • Activate the Voice Assistant.
  • Spatial Mode.

How to Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

How to Charge The Earbuds?

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is to connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with the included USB-A to C cable. It will start charging automatically. Also, it can get charged using a wireless charger.

The Earbuds’ Voice Prompts

  • “Bluetooth device changed”: The earbuds were switched from one device to another one.
  • “Bluetooth connected”: The earbuds are paired to a second device.
  • “Multipoint connected”: The earbuds are paired to two devices simultaneously.
  • “Battery low”: The earbuds need to get charged.
  • “Battery critical”: The earbuds are about to turn off.

How to Reset The Earbuds?

Device Reset

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 10 seconds. This will delete the profile of the earbuds.

Factory reset

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Open the Nura app.

Step 3: Tap Menu > Device settings > Perform Factory Reset. This will delete the profile of the earbuds.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Charging case

  • Some lights flashing while charging The case is charging.
  • All lights on while charging The case is fully charged.
  • A red light on when open: The case has less than 30% of battery.
  • A yellow light on when open: The case has between 30% and 70% of battery.
  • A green light on when open: The case has more than 70% of battery.
  • Some lights flashing with the earbuds inside The earbuds are charging.
  • All lights on with the earbuds inside The earbuds are fully charged.

A Guide To The NuraTrue Pro App

The NuraTrue Pro earbuds can be used alongside a specialized app, called Nura, which is found in the Play Store and App Store. After opening the app, a main page will appear, that comes with amazing features such as:

  • Menu (where the firmware update is located).
  • Switch profile.
  • Add a new profile.
  • Share profile.
  • Battery percentage.
  • Change profile.
  • Unique hearing profile.
  • Personalized mode.
  • Immersion mode.

How to Update The Earbuds’ Firmware?

Every now and then, significant improvements will be added to the earbuds with a firmware upgrade. These updates will be either automatically applied to the device or you may need to perform the below.

Step 1: Open the Nura app. A message will appear that an update is available.

Step 2: Tap Start update, or: Tap Menu > Device Settings > Software update > Start update.

After that, the upgrade will begin. Keep the earbuds close to the device and its screen turned on.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.

No, the NuraTrue Pro are not waterproof (IPX6 and up). They have a rating of IPX4, which means they’re splash and sweat-resistant.

Do the NuraTrue Pro have a microphone?

No. These earbuds don’t have a low latency/gaming mode.
