Philips T3215 Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, a “Power on” voice prompt will sound, a white light will flash two times, and the earbuds will turn on automatically. Also, you can press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 5 seconds.

Later, a “Right channel” voice prompt will sound on the right earbud, and a “Left channel” voice prompt will sound on the left earbud, so they pair with each other. When a “Pairing” voice prompt sounds and a white and blue light starts flashing on the earbuds, that means that they will be ready to pair with any device.

Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select “Philips TAT3215”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 5: After that, a “Connected” voice prompt will sound, a white light will be on the earbuds for 5 seconds, and the pairing will be done.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working
