How to Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Put the earbuds into pairing mode by selecting Bluetooth and Pair Device on the charging case, or pressing and holding the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for 4 seconds. The “Pairing” voice prompt will sound.

Step 3: Unlock the desired device.

Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 6: Select the “Poly VFree 60 Series” earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, the “Pairing successful, phone connected” voice prompt will sound, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

To pair these earbuds with a computer, you will have to use the BT700​ Bluetooth adapter, which creates a connection between the earbuds and the computer.

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Place the Bluetooth adapter in one of the USB ports of the computer. After that, a light will start flashing and then turn red, the “PC connected” voice prompt will sound on the earbuds, and the pairing will be done.

How to Re-Pair The Computers’ Bluetooth Adapter?

Step 1: Place the Bluetooth adapter in one of the USB ports of the computer and wait for your computer to recognize it.

Step 2: Put the earbuds into pairing mode by selecting “Bluetooth” and “Pair Device” on the charging case, or pressing and holding the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for 4 seconds. The “Pairing” voice prompt will sound.

Step 3: Open the Poly Lens Desktop App and search for the Poly BT700 adapter.

Step 4: Put the Bluetooth adapter into pair mode by selecting “Pair new device” on the adapter’s main page or overflow menu. It will start flashing red and blue meaning that is now in pairing mode.

You will know that the pairing is successful when you hear “pairing successful” and “PC connected” on the earbuds, and a blue light will stay on the adapter.

Bluetooth Audio Transmitter

With these earbuds, you will be able to stream audio wirelessly from an in-flight entertainment system or other audio source using a 3.5 mm port.

Step 1: Connect the supplied adapter cable from the USB-C port on the back of the charging case to the audio source’s 3.5 mm port.

Step 2: On the charge cases’ menu, select Bluetooth > Bluetooth transmitter > Begin streaming. The earbuds will automatically connect to the audio source, with the charging case working as the Bluetooth transmitter.

To disconnect, go to the charge cases’ menu and select Bluetooth > Bluetooth transmitter > Stop streaming, and disconnect the adapter cable.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:
