How to Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

If the earbuds don’t enter pairing mode automatically, then press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 4 seconds.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 5: Select the “Poly VFree 60 Series” earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, the “Pairing successful, phone connected” voice prompt will sound, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

To pair these earbuds with a computer, you will have to use the BT700​ Bluetooth adapter, which creates a connection between the earbuds and the computer.

Step 1: Unlock the desired device.

Step 2: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 3: Place the Bluetooth adapter in one of the USB ports of the computer. After that, a light will start flashing, the “PC connected” voice prompt will sound on the earbuds, and the pairing will be done.

• Mute or unmute the microphone: During a call, swipe on the multifunction touch sensor on any of the earbuds.
• Activate the voice assistant: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.

How to Activate The ANC And Transparency Modes?

To activate, change, and deactivate the ANC and Transparency modes in these earbuds, all you have to do is to, with earbuds idle, swipe on the multifunction touch sensor on any of the earbuds.

How to Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

The Poly Voyager Free 60 UC earbuds can be used alongside an app specially made for them, called Poly Lens, also known as Poly Lens Mobile App, available for iOS and Android devices.

• Main page: When you download the app and connect to the chosen product, it will appear on the main screen, as well as it’s battery percentage and usage status. Likewise, it will be possible to disconnect, configure and have information about it.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC
