    1. For most Raycon earbuds this is what the company itself has to say ‘A factory reset can solve a lot of problems. While the earbuds are off, hold the power on/off button on the left and right earphones for 30 seconds to restore the earphones to factory settings. This is usually a quick fix for common connectivity issues.

      Turn off earbuds
      Delete all Raycon Bluetooth names in the settings of all paired devices
      Hold down the earbud buttons on both earphones for 30 seconds and place them into the case.
      Take earbuds out of the case and wait for earbuds to pair to each other
      Locate and click on Raycon E50 or Raycon E100 in your phone’s settings to connect
      **If you are still having trouble please try to run the steps again, it may take a few tries to get it right
