  1. I can’t use my headphones while in a call. Others have stated they don’t hear me when I try using them. Any suggestions?

  2. My right earbud has a low volume compared to the left. Is this a common problem? Anybody have a solution?

    1. Clean the low volume one with a wooden toothpick. When you reach the screen guarding the hole to the internal speaker (super thin mesh dot) pop it out and clean it with some alcohol and a bit of rubbing between a paper towel or napkin. It might look clean to the eye, but once you scrub the mesh thingo a bit you’ll find that it can be almost muted without showing any sign of blockage. Ended up losing my screens but regular cleaning has kept em from ever going quiet again

  3. When i’m home my earbuds want to connect to the last device that was used. I have to turn off bluetooth on all devices and pair to the one I want to use or it will keep connecting to the previous device. Will there be an upgrade to pair whichever device I choose to connect?

  4. Go to developer settings, and enable “disable absolute volume.” I have an android, so if you use iPhone, I’m sorry for your loss.

  5. My ‘smart’ tv is requesting a 4 digit code in order to pair with the earbuds. Where/how to I obtain this code?
