What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

• A red and green light flashes: The earbuds are in pairing mode.

Charging Case

• A red light on with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are charging.
• A green light on with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are fully charged.
• A red light flashes with the earbuds inside: The charging was blocked due to abnormal temperatures.
• A red light on while charging: The case is charging.
• A green light on while charging: The case is fully charged.
• A red light flashes while charging: The charging was blocked due to abnormal temperatures.
• A red light flashes after the lid is closed: The case has a low battery level (less than 10%).
• A red light stays on for 5 seconds after the lid is closed: The case has a low battery level (between 10% and 29%).
• A yellow light stays on for 5 seconds after the lid is closed: The case has a moderate battery level (between 30% and 59%).
• A green light stays on for 5 seconds after the lid is closed: The case has a high battery level (more than 60%).

How To Restart These Earbuds?

If the earbuds’ touch feature malfunctions or becomes unresponsive, or the earbuds don’t work properly, restart them.

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

Step 2: After the 7 seconds, take the earbuds out of the case.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Yes, these earbuds can be used with an application, called Galaxy Wearable. This app is available for Android devices. After you download the app and connect the earbuds, a notification will appear on the screen, for you to correctly place wear the earbuds. Then, you will get to the main page of the app.

After having completed the connection process, at the top of the main page are the battery percentages of the earbuds and the charging case. Just below this, the user will have the ability to turn the Active Noise Canceling feature on and off, and there’s also the Equalizer. Right after that are the usual app settings, where you can change the controls, the Find My Earbuds feature, and general settings, so you can update the earbuds software and various other information.

How to Update the Earbuds’ Software?

Step 1: Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically and a pop-up window will appear on the device.

Step 2: Place the case close to the device.

Step 3: Select “Connect” on the pop-up window and follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: If the earbuds don’t connect to a mobile device within 3 minutes, the Bluetooth pairing mode will off automatically. Close the charging case again and open it again, and the earbuds will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

The earbuds will now be ready to pair.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 5: Search for a new device.

Step 6: Select the Galaxy Buds FE earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

NOTE: If the earbuds don’t enter pairing mode or can’t be found, then place the earbuds into the case and press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for more than 3 seconds, or until a red and green light starts flashing.

Step 7: Download and open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

After that, the pairing will be done.

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

• Answer an incoming call: Press the touch area on any of the earbuds two times.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC
