Sennheiser CX Plus Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically

Step 2: Press the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for 3 seconds, until a red and blue light starts flashing for 1 minute approx.

Step 3: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select “CX Plus True Wireless”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 5: After that, a blue light will flash 3 times, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically

Earbuds

  • Red and blue light flashing for 1 minute approx.: Earbuds enter in pairing mode.
  • Blue lights flash 3 times: Earbuds connected to device.
  • Red lights flash 3 times: The connection between the earbuds and the device failed.
  • Blue light on: The earbuds are connected to a device via Bluetooth.
  • Red light on: The earbuds are not connected to a device via Bluetooth/the connection has been lost.

Step 1: Enter your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget the Sennheiser CX Plus earbuds.

Step 2: Take one earbud out of the charging case and keep the other one inside of it.

Step 3: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on said earbud for about 10 seconds, or until a green and red light starts flashing.

Step 4: Place the earbud back into the charging case, and leave the lid open.

Step 5: After 20 seconds, the resetting will be done.
