How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 1 second. After that, the earbuds will turn on.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press the multifunction touch button on both earbuds two times, and then hold for 1 second. After that, the earbuds will turn off.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

The “Ready to pair” voice prompt will sound, and a red and blue light will start flashing, meaning that the earbuds will be ready to pair with any device.

NOTE: If the earbuds don’t enter pairing mode automatically, then press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 1 second.

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

• A red light on while on the charging case: The earbuds are charging.
• A blue light on while on the charging case: The earbuds are fully charged.
• The lights go through a series of pulses: The earbuds are re-syncing.
• The lights flash five times: The earbuds are re-syncing
• A purple light flashes three times while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.

Charging Case

• A white light flashing above the USB-C port while charging: The case is charging.

How To Re-sync These Earbuds?

To re-sync the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close the lid for 2 seconds; when removed, they should play audio. However, if that doesn’t work, then follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 2: Turn off Bluetooth on the device.

Step 3: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. Make sure they are powered on.

Step 4: Press the multifunction touch button on both earbuds 3 times simultaneously, and the lights will go through a series of pulses as they re-sync. Five blue flashes indicate a successful sync.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device. A blue light will flash three times.

Step 6: Select the Skullcandy Push Active earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

How To Reset And Re-Pair These Earbuds?

NOTE: To ensure a good result, make sure that the earbuds are fully charged.

A Guide To The Skullcandy Push Active Apps

Skullcandy App

These earbuds can be used with an application, called Skullcandy App. This app is available in the Apple Store and the Play Store for iOS and Android devices. When opening the application, the first thing we have to do is connect our earbuds, and after that, three pages will appear:

• First page: On the first page of this app, we will not only find the connected device but also the battery percentages of both earbuds and the volume control. In addition to showing the battery percentages of both earbuds, you will find options like enabling or disabling the hands-free voice control, setting up a personal sound with the Equalizer in case the user needs or wants it, and the Stay-Aware mode.
• Second page: Here, information about the Skullcandy company and its products will be found. Also, general updates, boosters, and announcements.
• Third page: On the third and last page, you will find user manuals and customer service help.

Skull-iQ App

To view information, and update or modify actions in these earbuds, there is a specially created app, called Skull-iQ, which is available for iOS and Android devices. When connecting to the respective earbuds, general information will appear on the home screen, such as the battery of the earbuds, as well as a couple of specific options:

Step 1: Download and open the Tile app on your smartphone or tablet.

Step 3: On the Add a Device page, choose Skullcandy and select the Tile-enabled headphones.

Step 4: Press the button on your Tile device and listen to the tune.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:
