How To Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

Step 2: Press the button on the case for about 3 seconds, or until a white light starts flashing. The earbuds will now be ready to pair with any device.

Step 3: Unlock the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 6: Search for a new device.

Step 7: Select the SOUNDPEATS Air3 Deluxe HS earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

How to Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

How To Control These Earbuds?

NOTE: The touch sensor is placed on the upper part of the body of the earbuds.

• Auto-pause a song: Take the earbuds out of the ear canal.
• Auto-play a song: Place the earbuds into the ear canal.
• Play and pause a song: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.
• Turn the volume up: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud one time.
• Turn the volume down: Press the touch sensor on the left earbud one time.
• Play the next song: Press and hold the touch sensor on the right earbud for about 1.5 seconds.
• Play the previous song: Press and hold the touch sensor on the left earbud for about 1.5 seconds.
• Answer an incoming call: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.
• End a current call: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.
• Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 1.5 seconds.
• Activate the voice assistant: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud three times.
• Switch between two calls: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Charging Case

• A white light flashes: The earbuds are in pairing mode.
• A white light flashes two times while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.
• A green light on: The case has between 50% and 100% of battery.
• A yellow light on: The case has between 10% and 49% of battery.
• A red light on: The case has 10% of battery or less.
• A red light flashes while charging: The case has between 0% and 19% of battery.
• A yellow light flashes while charging: The case has between 20% and 69% of battery.
• A green light flashes while charging: The case has between 70% and 99% of battery.
• A green light on while charging: The case has 100% of battery.

How To Reset The Earbuds?

Step 1: Place the earbuds on the charging case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press the button on the case for about 10 seconds, or until a white light flashes two times.

Step 3: Close the lid of the charging case.

Step 4: Open the lid again. The earbuds will turn on.

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 1.5 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn on.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 10 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn off.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Yes! These earbuds do come with a specialized app called SOUNDPEATS, which is available in both the Play Store and App Store. Through the app, you can see the battery percentage of the earbuds, in addition to various features being available, such as controlling the volume level, configuring the Equalizer and the Game mode, as well as the various controls of the earbuds.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.
