How To Charge The Earbuds?

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Charging Case

• A white light flashes: The earbuds are ready to pair.
• A white light flashes two times with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are resetting.
• A red light on: The case has less than 10% of battery.
• A yellow light on: The case has between 49% and 10% of battery.
• A green light on: The case has between 100% and 50% of battery.
• A red light flashes slowly while charging: The case less than 20% of battery level.
• A yellow light flashes slowly while charging: The case has between 20% and 69% of battery.
• A green light flashes slowly while charging: The case has between 70% and 99% of battery.
• A green light stays on while charging: The case is fully charged.
• A red light on the bottom while charging: The case is charging
• Said red light on the bottom while charging: The case is fully charged.

How To Reset The Earbuds?

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for about 10 seconds, or until a white light flashes two times.

Step 3: Close the lid of the case and open it again. The earbuds will reset.

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Rotate the earbuds along the ear curve for the best possible comfort.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the button on both earbuds for about 1.5 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn on.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the button on both earbuds for about 10 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn off.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

Step 2: Press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for about 3 seconds, or until a white light starts flashing. The earbuds will now be ready to pair.

Step 3: Unlock the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 6: Search for a new device.

Step 7: Select the SOUNDPEATS Engine 4 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

Step 8: Select the SOUNDPEATS Engine 4 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

Pair To A Second Device

These earbuds can be paired simultaneously with two devices.

Step 1: Pair the earbuds to the first device.

Step 2: Turn off Bluetooth on said device.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the second device and pair the earbuds.

Step 4: When the pairing is completed, turn on Bluetooth on the first device to complete the pairing.

How To Control These Earbuds?

NOTE: The button area is placed on the middle part of the body of the earbuds.

• Play and pause a song: Press the button area on any of the earbuds two times.
• Play the next song: Press and hold the button area on the right earbud for about 1.5 seconds.
• Play the previous song: Press and hold the button area on the left earbud for about 1.5 seconds.
• Turn the volume up: Press the button area on the right earbud one time.
• Turn the volume down: Press the button area on the left earbud one time.
• Answer an incoming call: Press the button area on any of the earbuds two times.
• End a current call: Press the button area on any of the earbuds two times.
• Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the button area on any of the earbuds for about 1.5 seconds.
• Activate the voice assistant: Press the button area on the right earbud three times.
• Switch between two calls: Press and hold the button area on any of the earbuds for about 1.5 seconds.
• Activate the Game mode: Press the button area on the left earbud three times.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Yes, these earbuds do come with a specialized app called SOUNDPEATS, which is available in both the Play Store and App Store. Through the app, you can see the battery percentage of the earbuds, in addition to various features being available, such as controlling the volume level, configuring the Equalizer and the Game mode, as well as the various controls of the earbuds.

In addition to that, you can also find general information about the earbuds and the app, as well as the possibility of resetting the earbuds through the app and a company store.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.
