SoundPEATS H1 Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

For iOS or Android Phone

Step 1: Open the charging case, so the earbuds will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.

Step 2: The LED indicator on the main earbud will flash white and red, and the LED on the secondary earbud stays white.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select the “SOUNDPEATS H1”.

Step 5: After that, the pairing will be done.

For Laptops (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Take the earbuds out of the charging case so they turn on and pair to each other automatically.

Step 7: The earbuds by the name “SOUNDPEATS H1” will appear on the settings.

Step 8: Select and, after this, the earbuds will automatically connect to the desired device and will be ready to use.

Earbuds

Place the earbuds into their place on the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically start charging.

Step 2: After 1.5 hours, the earbuds will be fully charged.

Charging Case

Step 1: Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

Step 2: Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a USB Type-C charging cable. The LED indicators on the charging case will indicate the charging status.

Step 1: You have to assign the right earbud into the right ear, and the left earbud into the left ear, making this using the “L” and “R” letters on the earbuds.

Step 2: Place the earbuds into the ears, making sure that the touch panels are facing up, and the LED lights are down.

Charging case

• 0 – 24% of battery: The first LED light at the bottom flashes in white.
• 25 – 49% of battery: The first LED light at the bottom lights up in white and the second LED flashes white.
• 50 – 74% of battery: The first 2 LED lights turn white, and the third LED flashes white.
• 75 – 99% of battery: The first 3 LED lights turn white, and the fourth LED flashes white.
• 100% of battery: All 4 LED lights turn solid white.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

• Play or pause music: Double-click the multifunction button on the right earbud.
• Turn the volume up: Click the multifunction button on the right earbud once.
• Turn the volume down: Click the multifunction button on the left earbud once.
• Play next song: Long press the multifunction button on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Play previous song: Long press the multifunction button on the left earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Accept an incoming call: Double-click the multifunction button on the right earbud.
• Switch between two active calls: Long press the multifunction button on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
• End a call: Double-click the multifunction button on the right earbud.
• Reject a call: Long press the multifunction button on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Enter pairing mode manually: Long press the multifunction button on both earbuds for 2 seconds.
• Activate the Voice Assistant: Triple-click the multifunction button any of the earbuds.
• Enter Game Mode: Double-click the multifunction button on the left earbud.

Turn on

Method 1: Take out the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically turn on.

Method 2: Long press the multifunction button on both earbuds for 1.5 seconds.

Turn off

Method 1: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off.

Method 2: Long press the multifunction button on both earbuds for 10 seconds.

If you want to activate the Game Mode, all you have to do is double-tap the multifunction button on the left earbud. After that, you will hear a prompt saying “Game Mode” when the mode is on, and “Exit Game Mode” when is off.

Step 1: Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and the device they are connected to.

Step 2: Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, making sure that they are charging.

Step 3: Long press the multifunction button on both earbuds for 10 seconds until the LED indicators the buds flash in white twice.

Step 4: After this, the reset procedure is complete.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Problems Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Use the earbuds to increase the volume.

Microphone not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted or it has a defect. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try checking the device microphone volume or earbud’s app microphone settings to see if it isn’t muted or low.

If that doesn’t work, you can always reset the earbuds. With that being said, if that doesn’t help, there might be a defect in the earbud, try replacing it or get a refund.

SoundPEATS H1 earbuds not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC or asking for a code?

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.

Now, if the PC is asking for a code, try using the common pairing numbers, such as 0000, or 1234.
