How To Pair The Earbuds?       

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will turn on and pair with each other automatically.

A white LED light will turn on in the left earbud, and an LED light on the right earbud will flash red and white alternately. A voice prompt “Pairing” will sound.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select the “SoundPEATS TrueAir2”. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After, the voice prompt “Connected” will sound.

After that, the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will turn on and pair with each other automatically.

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Put the earbuds into the ear canal and rotate them left and right until they feel comfortable in the ear.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn on

Method 1: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will turn on automatically.

Method 2: Press the multifunction button on both earbuds for 1.5 seconds.

Turn off

Method 1: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will turn off automatically.

Method 2: Press the multifunction button on both earbuds for 10 seconds.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

NOTE: The multifunction touch button is placed on the top circular part of the stem of the earbuds.

  • Play or pause music: Click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds twice.
  • Turn the volume up: Click on the multifunction button on the right earbud once.
  • Turn the volume down: Click on the multifunction button on the left earbud once.
  • Play the next song: Press the multifunction button on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds.
  • Play the previous song: Press the multifunction button on the left earbud for 1.5 seconds.
  • Answer an incoming call: Click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds twice.
  • Hang up a call: Click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds twice.
  • Reject an incoming call: Press the multifunction button on any of the earbuds for 1.5 seconds.
  • Switch between two active calls: Press the multifunction button on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
  • Activate the Voice Assistant: Click on the multifunction button on the right earbud three times.
  • Activate the Gaming mode: Click on the multifunction button on the left earbud three times.

How To Charge The Earbuds?      

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is plug a 5V/1A USB Type-C cable into the port on the charging case. It will start charging automatically.

How To Reset These Earbuds?

Step 1: Put the earbuds into the charging case, and make sure they are charging.

Step 2: Delete “SoundPEATS TrueAir2” from the Bluetooth list on the device.

Step 3: Press the multifunction button of both earbuds at the same time and do not release for about 10 seconds. The LED lights will flash white twice.

Step 4: Search for new devices.

Step 5: Select the “SoundPEATS TrueAir2”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Sadly, these earbuds don’t come with a specialized app or app support.

What Do The Lights Mean?     

Earbuds

  • A red LED light on while on the charging case: The earbuds are charging.
  • A red LED light turns off while on the charging case: The earbuds are fully charged.
  • A red and white light flashing on the right earbud and a white light on the left one: The earbuds are ready to pair.
  • A white light flashing while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.

Charging case

  • A green light on for 10 seconds: The case has between 50% to 100% of battery.
  • A yellow light on for 10 seconds: The case has between 10% to 49% of battery.
  • A red light on for 10 seconds: The case has less than 10% of battery.
  • A red light flashing while charging: The case has less than 20% of battery.
  • A yellow light flashing while charging: The case has between 20% to 69% of battery.
  • A green light flashing while charging: The case has between 70% to 99% of battery.
  • A green on flashing while charging: The case is fully charged.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.
