Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Sadly, these earbuds don’t come with a specialized app or app support.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.

  1. My Toro T12 are working just fine and use them all the time. I have had them for about a year and they have paired to several laptops and to two phones, Samsung and Motorola. Sorry to hear about all the folks having troublw and hope that they all got ironed out.

  2. T12 earbuds will not pair to a Motorola Edge phone, they paired to my old one just fine, but not a new phone. Is there a compatibility issue with newer blue-tooth devices?

  3. Tried to factory reset the T12, but it still does not work. It will say “pairing” but no sound comes out of the earbud.

    1. Left side does not work. Won’t reset. Right bud continues to blink red and blue while in the charging case. Deleted from phone Bluetooth and reset but still the same thing.

  4. I have a computer that plays through speakers in the room. I cannot get the earbuds to play from the bluetooth usb connector.

    1. I just got a pair of the T12’S also, and no Bluetooth with Windows 11 is not playing the sound through the earbuds to the ears. That part I haven’t quite figured out why it’s doing that., But on the flip side I got a pair of T10’s and they play fine through the computer. It’s weird! Js..:)

  5. My right earbud will not play any sound whatsoever. It turns on with the light and everything but sound will not play. I’ve done everything it says in the manual unless I’m misunderstanding turn on independently. Please help me!

  6. I refuse to give you my credit card number to ask for troubleshooting help.

My Tozo T12 (less than 12 months old) has issue with left ear bud. 100% charged. Only right earbud has light on and only can hear from right ear bud.
Attempted factory reset but no light responses from left earbud so it didn’t work.

    1. Who was asking for the credit card number? Don’t give that to any company or support team. They ask for the order number only.

Moreover, I think that the left earbud might not be charging at all (as you told that it doesn’t show any LED light). If that’s the case then I’m afraid that the earbud got defective.

Does it show a red light when you put it in the charging case? If so, then there might be a pairing problem. For that, you can try a hard reset.

    1. No, no factory reset is required. Just turn the laptop Bluetooth off, turn on phone Bluetooth, take of T12 earbuds from the case, scan for devices in the phone, pair with T12 earbuds.
