  1. Yep. the left one just died on me. It will not charge, no sound, no connection. Reset doesn’t help. It was good while it lasted, but poor quality. Will not buy again.

  2. My left earbud is also not charging. Upon further inspection, I noticed that one of the 2 contacts is depressed down into the earbud, making it impossible to charge. I’d love it if the TriBit people did something to fix this, even if they just showed us how to disassemble the ear buds.

  3. Hi,
I received my earbuds in October. They sounded great. 2 months later the left earbud is not working anymore. I reset everything. No light is flashing on the left. Seems like battery failure. Any suggestions?

  4. I upgraded to iOS 15 on my iPhone 13 Pro and the left bud is silent – tried everything to get it to work. HOWEVER it works fine on my iPad which I have not yet up dated and on my smart TV. My headset works on on my iPhone 13 Pro. Weird!!

    1. My earbuds also do this and I have been searching for a cause or a solution but have yet to find one
If you know what is going on or how to fix the earbuds please help

  5. My left earbud is completely dead. I have tried everything, and am so frustrated with these things, I am ready to return them, after only having them for about 3 weeks. Sometimes they pair with my Fitbit Versa 2 with no problems, but most times, I have to constantly work at it to get them to pair. Any suggestions to get my left earbud working again?

    1. Did you find a fix with the left earbud not working? I suddenly had this issue after using them successfully for several months. Can’t get he left to turn on, charge, nothing. 😔

      1. Same. Left earbud for me too, and also after about 3 weeks. I cannot get it to do anything regardless of what I do.

  6. The earbuds will not disconnect from my phone when I take them from my ears and put them into the case. Meaning when they are in the case my phone does not ring from the handset. It is still ringing on the earbuds so I miss calls and texts.

    1. It looks like the case isn’t properly closing. Did you change the ear tips of the buds? If so try using the ones that come with the earbuds.

      1. I have the same issue and I have two identical sets and it happens on either charging case — it’s not the case. I’ve already had two replacements for these things. The charging contacts pins push in, the buttons on the earbuds get stuck pressed down causing the volume to go full blast, and now this won’t turn off issue. About to give up on this brand.

    2. Hello, I just bought a new set of tribit flybuds C1. The question is are they supposed to turn off automatically, mine automatically turn off after a little while. It didn’t say anything about that in the instruction manual
