USB cable. User manual. Tribit FlyBuds C2 Manual | Instructions & Troubleshooting How To Wear These Earbuds? Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds. Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears. Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears. Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth. How To Turn On And Off? Turn On Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically. Manually: Press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for about 6 seconds. After that, a white light will flash for 6 seconds, the “Power on” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn on. Turn Off Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically. Manually: Press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for about 10 seconds. After that, a red light will flash for 1 second, the “Power off” voice prompt will sound, and the earbuds will turn off. How To Pair The Earbuds? To Android And iOS Devices Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other. A red and white light will start flashing, meaning that the earbuds are now ready to pair. Step 2: Unlock the desired device. Step 3: Go to the device’s settings. Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device. Step 5: Search for a new device. Step 6: Select the Tribit FlyBuds C2 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”. After that, the flashing lights will turn off, and the pairing will be done. To Windows (PC) Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth. Step 2: Go to the settings. Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”. Step 4: Click on “Add device”. Step 5: Click on Bluetooth. Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other. A red and white light will start flashing, meaning that the earbuds are now ready to pair. Pair The Earbuds With Other Devices Method 1 Disconnect the earbuds from the currently connected device, and they will enter pairing mode automatically. Method 2 Step 1: Press the touch area on both earbuds four times. Step 2: When a white light turns on, press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. A red light will flash on both earbuds at the same time, and they will enter pairing mode automatically. How To Control These Earbuds? NOTE: The touch area is placed on the upper part of the body of the earbuds. Play and pause a song: Press the touch area on any of the earbuds two times. Play the next song: Press the touch area on the right earbud three times. Turn the volume up: Press and hold the touch area on the right earbud. Turn the volume down: Press and hold the touch area on the left earbud. Answer an incoming call: Press the touch area on any of the earbuds one time. End a current call: Press the touch area on any of the earbuds two times. Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch area on any of the earbuds. Activate the voice assistant: Press the touch area on the left earbud three times. How To Reset The Earbuds? Make sure the earbuds are powered on and disconnected from the device before resetting. Step 1: Press the touch area on both earbuds six times. A white light will turn on, and if you’re wearing the earbuds while doing so, a prompt sound will be heard. Step 2: Within 10 seconds, press the touch area on both earbuds two times. A red and white light will flash a couple of times before turning off, and if you’re wearing the earbuds while doing so, a prompt sound will be heard. Step 3: A white light will flash quickly two times, meaning that the earbuds are being reset. Move the earbuds close to each other. The lights will turn off, and the resetting will be done. NOTE: After resetting, if there is a Bluetooth device that has been connected to the earbuds, delete the pairing record to allow the earbuds to be paired again. How To Charge The Earbuds? Earbuds To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically. Charging Case To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically. What Do The Lights Mean? Earbuds A white light on for 6 seconds when turning on: The earbuds turn on. A red light on for 1 second when turning off: The earbuds turn off. A red and white light flashes: The earbuds are now in pairing mode. Said flashing light turns off: The earbuds are connected. A white light turns on: The earbuds are on and waiting to enter pairing mode. A red light flashes on both earbuds at the same time: The earbuds are now in pairing mode. A red light flashes slowly: The earbuds have a low battery level. A white light turns on while resetting: The earbuds are resetting. A red and white light flashes a couple of times while resetting: The earbuds are resetting. A light flashes two times while resetting: The earbuds are resetting. All lights turn off while resetting: The resetting process is done. Charging Case The leftmost light on with the earbuds inside: The left earbud is charging. The rightmost light on with the earbuds inside: The right earbud is charging. The leftmost and rightmost lights turn off with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are fully charged. The light flashing while charging: The case is charging. All lights stay on while charging: The case is fully charged. The Earbuds’ Voice Prompts Power on: The earbuds turn on. Power off: The earbuds turn off. Do These Earbuds Have An App? Yes, these earbuds come with a specialized app called Tribit, available for Android and iOS devices. After pairing the earbuds with the app, you will be able to see the battery percentage of both of them. Also, the user will be able to configure the configure equalizer with more than 10 sound options, and even update the earbuds’ firmware in the configuration section. Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case. 2. Try factory resetting the earbuds. 3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range. If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it. Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin. 2. Try factory resetting the earbuds. The microphone is not working If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following: If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund. The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth. 2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step. 3.
