How To Pair The Earbuds?

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction button on the case for about 2 seconds. When a white light starts flashing on both earbuds, they will be ready to pair to any device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range
