List of Rumored and Officially Released Kirin 820 Phones This 2020

Recently, Huawei announced the Kirin 820, the successor of the old Kirin 810, which once dominated the AI-benchmark of the upper-mid SoCs in 2019. However, it looks like Kirin 820 continues to follow the same path as it ranks No.4 in the Ai-benchmarks. To see how good is Kirin 820, you can also read our comparison against its competitor ‘Snapdragon 765G’ in ‘Kirin 820 Vs Snapdragon 765G Comparison – The King of Mid-End SoCs?‘. Anyways, no doubt that since Kirin 820 is Hisilicon SoC, it will be limited to Huawei phones. So, let’s see which phones are rumored to feature Kirin 820 and which phones have already released:

Note: This list is not the final list and will be updated when more Kirin 820 phone rumors and official releases hit.

Here’s Why You Should Go For a Kirin 820 Phone?

It’s simple! This is because of these reasons:

  • It is the most powerful mid-end SoC to date which has the best Ai-performance tested by AI-Benchmark
  • The SoC easily beats Snapdragon 765G and other mid-end SoCs (see Kirin 820 Vs Snapdragon 765G Comparison)
  • It has a close call against Kirin 980 and Snapdragon 855
  • Has the highest 5G speed on Sub-6GHz
